There is a minimum of four (4) hours service for each booking and time is calculated to the 1/2 hour. Payment of the Booking Fee is required before the booking can commence and bookings under 24 hour notice attract an additional $10 fee.
Additional Families included in the Booking attract a $15 surcharge.
Sunday Rates are $30 an hour
Public Holiday Rates $45 an hour
Travel fees may apply depending on location.
Step 1. This Online Booking Facility allows you to provide as much information regarding your children and family details such as contact details and routine giving your Babysitter a heads up on the night regarding the care and needs of your children.
Step 2. Once you Click “Book My Babysitter” button you will then proceed to our Payment of Services page where you are required at this point to provide your Credit Card details.
We will send you a confirmation email that your Booking has been received, along with a copy of your invoice for your records. The Booking Fee will be processed through our Merchant Facilities to secure the date.
Step 3. When your Babysitter has been secured you will be sent their Profile. This is our way of introducing parents and children to the Babysitter child care qualifications, experience as a professional childcare worker and most importantly a Photo to put a face to the name. Your Babysitter will phone you to introduce themselves and to provide their contact details.
