The South Coast Tourism Awards recognises excellence in tourism services provided by businesses and organisations. The South Coast of NSW incorporates the local areas of Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla and Bega Valley.

South Coast Regional Tourism Association was established to work cooperatively with members and other agencies, notably Tourism New South Wales, to promote tourism in the greater region.
