We have the pleasure of assisting you in the care of your children for Sylvia and Damon’s wedding on the 9th November 2024 at Jaspers from 4.00pm to 11.30pm. Thank you for completing our Family Information Form and all the information on your children this will be provided to the Nannies on the day.
All our Nannies are valued members of the South Coast Child Care Community and have been professionally trained in Child Care, Teaching or Nursing. All Nannies all have more than two years of experience working within the Child Care profession and experience working with various children and families. All our Nannies have years of experience, a Working with Children Check Completed, have their current First Aid Certificate and are personally interviewed and referenced checked for their suitability to represent our Agency.

Profiles are our way of introduction to the Nannies child care qualifications, experience as professional childcare worker and most importantly a Photo to put a face to the name. As you can see, they are very experienced Nannies and have worked together on numerous occasions and will be dressed in wedding uniform which is black pants and a white shirt.
During the canapés Nannies will provide the families with assistance and support by providing an extra pair of hands and provide an extra pair of eyes on the children. The Wedding Nannies usually take the children for a walk around the property, find “Richard” the peacock and explore the venue.
Usually, half an hour before guests move into the Reception, the children not seated at the reception will transition over to the accommodation area.
There will be developmentally and age-appropriate toys for all the children, keeping them busy and entertained during the formalities of the night. Dinner will be supplied by the wedding couple. Providing some activities for the children to keep them occupied until it is time to return to the reception for a dance.
WHAT TO BRING TO ACTIVITY ROOM:
- A stroller is recommended for the under 2’s if you would like them to sleep or rest or have a safe zone.
- Dinner is provided from the wedding couple please bring a back-up plan bring some snacks just in case. NUT FREE.
- Drink Bottles and Milk Bottles
Adequate supplies of nappies, pull-ups, nappy sacs and wipes. - Children will feel more secure with favourite and familiar friends such as blankets wraps favourite toys and dummies.
- There is a TV, however if your child enjoys their IPAD and a movie then please bring that too.
