8.1. Cancellation of Booking (by the Client)
Cancellations made by the Client more than 4 weeks prior to the Domestic Assistance Services, will result in a full refund of the Service Fee, less the Booking Fee. Cancellations made within the 2-week period prior to the start date of the Domestic Assistance Services, will receive a refund of 50% of the Service Fee, less the Booking Fee. To exercise the right to cancel, the Client must inform SCN of the decision to cancel the Domestic Assistance Service Agreement in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
8.2. Cancellation of Booking (by SCN)
In the event that the Client breaches the terms of this Agreement, SCN is entitled to terminate the Domestic Assistance Service Agreement in writing to the Client via email.
8.3. Cancellation of Booking (by the Nanny)
If an incident, outside our control, affects the provision of our Services: SCN will contact the Client as soon as reasonably possible. The provision of the Domestic Assistance Services will be suspended for the duration of the incident outside our control. SCN will restart the Service once we have made alternative arrangements to resolve the situation. SCN will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the Agreement that is caused by an incident outside our control.
