Job Description

We are looking for one of our amazing Nannies to assist this family with the care of their 2.5-year-old daughter in the family home. The family would like someone who is friendly, funny, flexible, open minded, thinks outside the box, creative/ loves art and craft, relaxed, easy going and has experience with vegan cooking skills. The child is full of beans and loves being read to and learning new things on a daily basis.

Working Hours:

Monday: 8.30am — 4.00pm (hours may vary from week to week)

(The family may take 2 weeks off during the year, with care not being required during that time)

Length of Engagement:

1 year (possibly extending to 2 years)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organising and planning fun, creative, and engaging activities/outings
• Meal preparation for the child
• Maintaining all aspects of care routine for the child

• Clean and tidy child’s areas
• Washing clothes

Key Attributes:

• Display strong communication skills
• To be fit, healthy and active
• Pet Friendly (4 friendly dogs on premises)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Working with Children Check
• Current drivers’ licence + Car
• Current Covid-19 Training completed
• Being fully vaccinated is essential to be considered for the role.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with children
• Child Care Qualifications preferred but not essential
  
  

Salary:   

$25 per hour paid by the Family
